KOEI Tecmo Japan announce their lineup for this year’s Tokyo Game Show!

The Tokyo Game Show is pretty much the Asian E3, in that it has a massive significance in impact for the gaming industry as a whole for Asian developers. KOEI Tecmo who often appear at the event will be setting up shop once again at this year’s TGS. Along with this news they have announced what their lineup will be, which you can check out below:

—Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIV (PS4, PC) – Playable, Trailer, Stage, Live Stream
—New Romance of the Three Kingdoms (iOS, Android) – Trailer
—Yo-kai Watch: Three Kingdoms – Kunitori Wars (iOS, Android) – Trailer

As you can see there are a multitude of titles, along with a lot of different things to expect from them. We also are aware that there are some surprises in store for the event, which is likely to include that recent tease for a new Warriors Orochi title.

The Tokyo Game Show 2019 will be happening 12th September – 15th September. Keep a look out on here as we will be covering all the content and news straight from KOEI Tecmo!

New Warriors Orochi title teased, more information later this week!

Earlier today, KOEI Tecmo uploaded a new video with the tag “Wield the Power of the Gods Once More…”, an elude to a new title in the Warriors Orochi franchise. Though little is known aside the teaser trailer (you can watch it below), but what is known an official reveal will be happening on August 30th.

Now this news is set as a new title from Omega Force, so it is unlikely to just be DLC or additional content. Most likely is the expected Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate, or it could be even a spin-off of the spin-off.

We now have a game page for Monster Rancher Reboot! +Screenshots & Key Features!

With more news coming out for the upcoming Monster Rancher / Monster Farm reboot, we now finally have some screenshots and key features available about the game. For this we now have a game page set up specifically for the title with all this information available.

There is still no news if this game will be making it’s way West, or if there will be any other platform releases outside of it’s current planned Smartphone / Nintendo Switch release.

Monster Rancher will be launching on iOS, Android and Nintendo Switch later this year in Japan! It will be a digital only title and cost 1,900 yen which is roughly £14.49/€15.99/$17.99.

A.O.T 2 Final Battle confirmed to release on Google Stadia!

In a rather strange turn of events, during the last Google Stadia Connect event, KOEI Tecmo announced that A.O.T 2 Final Battle (Attack on Titan 2 Final Battle) will be releasing on Google Stadia. The game itself made it’s debut back in 2017 and recently got an overhaul expansion back in March 2019.

It is confirmed that it will be up to the standards of the PS4 version, though no release window was given at this time.

Google Stadia is launching in November 2019, so if this will be a launch title or soon after release we will find out in the coming weeks / months. You can check out the announcement trailer below:

If you can’t wait to get your teeth into this behemoth of a game, it is currently out now on PS4, XB1, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.

Monster Rancher Reboot confirmed for Nintendo Switch release!

It was only last month that KOEI Tecmo Japan confirmed a reboot for Monster Rancher that will be arriving sometime this year for iOS and Android devices. Now it has also been confirmed that the reboot will be arriving on Nintendo Switch at the same time as well.

Though this title has still only been confirmed as a Japan only release, we hope to hear more on a Western release in the coming months.

Monster Rancher Reboot will be arriving in Japan on Nintendo Switch / Mobile devices sometime during 2019! We will have an official game page when more details of the title surface.
