Today is the launch of the third character for Dissidia Final Fantasy NT, Team Ninja and Square-Enix’s 3v3 brawler, featuring many classic characters across several different Final Fantasy titles.
Rinoa Heartilly from Final Fantasy VIII is the latest to make her sorcery known on the field of battle. Her fighting tactics focus more on ranged combat over being up close and personal, she delivers many painful spell attacks towards those she faces off against. Among these numerous spells also include her “Angel Wing” spell.
Also in addition to Rinoa herself, her pet dog Angelo will be right there by her side helping her out on the field.
Rinoa Heartilly is the third of six total DLC characters to make their way to Dissidia Final Fantasy NT. With Locke (of FFVI fame) and Vayne (of FFXII fame) preceding her. You can get her for free included with the Season Pass or purchase her separately on the Playstation Store.
Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is out now exclusively for the Playstation 4, and you can see Rinoa Heartilly in action below!

It’s been a hot minute since we did a Poll asking you conqueror’s out there your opinion, so here we go (This is totally not a filler between news and articles we have planned…). What is your favourite upcoming KOEI Tecmo game? Which one are you looking forward to most or just can’t wait to play? Vote in the Poll now!
The second of several upcoming DLC characters for Square-Enix and Team Ninja’s 3v3 fighter Dissidia: Final Fantasy NT is out now to purchase! It is Locke Cole, the crafty thief from Final Fantasy VI.
Locke’s gameplay focus is using stealth and being able to steal from his opponents. While also wielding a slick dagger to assist in his deeds. He is certainly a nice addition to an already padded out fighting game roster.
If you purchased the Season Pass you’ll be able to download him for free, or if not you can purchase him individually just like you could with the Vayne Carudas Solidor DLC back in late April. We should have information on the next DLC character hopefully in the near future, so stay tuned for more!
Dissidia: Final Fantasy NT is out now exclusively for Playstation 4. You can find Locke Cole’s launch trailer attached below!

It’s only been a year and a bit since Ni-Oh first graced us with it’s Ninja Gaiden / Dark Souls esc gameplay and Sengoku Jidai “Warring States” mythical history shenanigans, but at this years E3 the sequel has been announced.
Currently slated for only a PS4 release (Though quite likely to receive similar fate as the first and come to PC later on), Team Ninja and Kou Shibusawa plan to include character creation, more satisfying deaths and a harder challenge for players. The game also will still be set in Japan during the same Time Period, and will follow closely to how the first game was – however you do not need to of experienced the first game to understand what is going on.
Other than that, information is sparse, with no release window or any gameplay to speak of. We do however have the E3 2018 reveal trailer attached below, which will surely get your hype train going!
