Monster Rancher 2 (or Monster Farm 2 in Japan) has been officially announced by KOEI Tecmo and will be arriving on Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android platforms. The enhanced port of the title boasts over 400 monsters for you to raise, as well as new features and quality of life improvements suggested from earlier feedback.
The game will be launching this Fall in Japan for the sum of 2,820JPY ($25.99/€22.99/£20.99). Currently still no news on any Western localisation for this or the first title released last year.

After the successful launch of the first Monster Rancher / Monster Farm enhanced port at the tail end of last year in Japan, KOEI Tecmo has now been posting on Twitter in regards to a Monster Rancher 2 enhanced port.
While currently they are seeking feedback on what features or enhancements you would like to see made to a follow up release, it looks like they are already delving into development.
The first Monster Rancher enhanced port released only in Japan on iOS, Android and Nintendo Switch. It is likely the second game will receive the same treatment. Unfortunately still no news on any Western release plans for the series.
