Today Gust and KOEI Tecmo announced that Nelke & the Legendary Alchemists will be delayed from their December 13th release until January 31st. The reason given was to implement further quality improvements for the game.
Fan speculation has then risen that this delay could be in fact due to Sony’s new policy on lewd content, meaning this delay could be in place due to censorship required to fulfil their policy. Though take that speculation with a grain of salt, and doesn’t necessarily mean that if it is the case that all versions of the game will receive these edits.
Nelke & the Legendary Alchemsits is coming to Playstation 4, Nintendo Switch and Playstation Vita in Japan, while it is coming to Playstation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam Q1 2019 in the West. There is no news if this delay will have any effect on the Western release schedule of the game.
