Since Dynasty Warriors 9 launched on PS4, XB1 and PC via Steam on 13th February, it has been widely known by all who purchased and played the title that there have been numerous issues and bugs riddled within the title. However KOEI Tecmo and Omega Force (at least for the PS4 version, which is the only supported platform in Japan) has been seeing a consistent influx of patches and updates to slowly quell these problems nibbling away at the game.
We can’t speak on if/when the XB1 and Steam versions of the game will get caught up on the fixes, but here are the PS4 patch note information on what has released so far (including a brand new patch today).
*Update – The Steam version received the most recent patch update today alongside the PS4 version.

This launch is worse than the Battlefield 4 launch.
The idea is to have a game working flawlessly, or as well as DW8XLCE, at launch, not patch it up over the ongoing months. This is a very pathetic launch of a Dynasty Warriors game.
Other than the flaws in the game, an unbelievable number of bad choices were made in the general production of the game like the terrible side missions, hunting, npc AI, voices, battles, graphics, weapons, combat mechanics and more.
