As you all should know by now, the big Dynasty Warriors announcement during KOEI Tecmo’s 20th anniversary event at TGS was Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires. However there was a second title also announced during the event, this one a mobile release.
Just known as Dynasty Warriors (not to be mistaken for Dynasty Warriors 9 Mobile from Nexon), the new mobile game developed internally by Omega Force will feature Dynasty Warriors 9 assets along with new ways to play. You can play the game in portrait or landscape modes, enjoy asynchronous versus and co-op with others and play in a 3 team setup (much like Warriors Orochi).

Experience a further evolved Dynasty Warriors on your smartphone!
Numerous officers who have appeared in the series thus far will appear once again! The game also supports vertical screen orientation for comfortable one-handed play! You can also unite with or fight against other players, so enjoy everything the evolved “one against one-thousand action” has to offer.
The game will be hosting a closed beta during 8th October – 12th October. You can register for the beta here from now until October 5th. No word on when an official launch will happen.
